(L+9) -Lily's age  in 9 years
(F+9) = (2L + 9) - Fanny's age in 9 years

(L+9) :  (2L + 9) = 3 : 5

5(L+9) =3 (2L + 9)
5L + 45 = 6L + 27
L = 18

Lily now is 18 years old.
