I believe the answer is: Reactive Questions
For example, let's say that one of your friend stated that:
'I had a weird dream last night.'
Initially, most people would response with questions such as:
'What was your dream about?'
In this case, 'What was your dream about?' is considered as reactive question because it wouldn't appear if your friend did not make his statement in the first place.
