11.3x+12.8=7.5x+35.6

i need help can you show me step by step

first subtract 7.5x from 11.3=3.8 the subtract 12.8 from 35.6=22.8 then divide22.8/3.8=6

You subtract 12.8 from both sides, simplify, then subtract 7.5x from both sides, then simplify, then last you divide 3.8 from both sides. Your answer: x=6
