I have to lose 68 pounds.3500 calaories in each pound.I have to lose 2pounds a week.how many weeks would it take and how many calories would I have to burn.no choices just type what you think.

68 lb divided by 2 lb per week = 34 weeks.

68 lb * 3500 cal/lb = 238,000 calories
