It looks like a parallelogram
therefore sum of angles on the same side must equal 180°

therefore,
x-5 +2x+11 =180°
3x +6 = 180°
3x = 174
x= 58°


therefore x =58°

now, if you want value for angle H simply substitute for x

2x +11
= 2(58°) +11
= 116° +11
= 127°



as you know the opposite angles of a parallegram are equal
therefore,
2y =127°
y = 63.5°
