Lee has a jar of 100 pennies. she adds groups of 10 pennies to the jar. she adds 5 groups. what numbers does she say?

She adds 5 groups of 10 pennies which is 5 x 10 which equals 50 pennies

She adds 50 pennies to 100 pennies which is 100 + 50 which equals 150

The answer is 150 pennies
