Nei is writing 4.28 as a mixed number . Find her mistake and correct it.

4.28 is a decimal not a mixed number. A mixed number would be a whole number which is the 4 and the second part is a fraction 0.28 as 7/25 so the mixed fraction would be 4  7/25 .
