10 - 2.79 = 7.21 change

8 quarters....because 8 quarters = $ 2

The customer change is, 3 bill of $2 = $6
4 of 25 cents = $1

$6 + $1 = $7

2 of 10 cents = 20$

1 of 1 cents 

$7 + 21 cents = $7.21
