To write the expression in radical form, the numerator of the fraction would become the power you raise it by and the denominator becomes the root.
 
[tex](10n )^{ \frac{3}{2} } [/tex]
Becomes:
[tex] \sqrt[2]{(10n)^{3} } [/tex] or just [tex] \sqrt{(10n)^{3} } [/tex]

[tex]a ^{ \frac{6}{5} [/tex]
Becomes:
[tex] \sqrt[5]{(a) ^{6} } [/tex]
