The density of a substance is defined as mass divided by volume, that is,
 P = Mass/Volume
In the question given above, 
mass = 9.19 g
volume = 10.0 cm
P = 9.19/10 = 0.919
Therefore, the density of the ice is 0.919 g/cm3.
