.5 * (2x +1) * (6x + 3) = 240
(x + .5) * (6x + 3) = 240
6x^2 +6x + 1.5 = 240
6x^2 +6x + -238.5 = 0
x = 5.8246

base = 12.6492
height = 37.9476
