We know, Exterior angle is equal to the sum of two non-adjacent angles.

So, 19x + 3 = 9x + 16 + 6x + 15
19x + 3 = 15x + 31
19x - 15x = 31 - 3
4x = 28
x = 28/4
x = 7

In short, Your Answer would be: 7
