Set up proportion 3/4 = S/S+15
4s = 3s + 45
subtract 3s from both sides
s=45

You can check by taking Seth's height of 45 over Jack's height of 60 (45+15).
And reduce the fraction to 3/4 or a ratio of 3:4.
