The Rate of Change is given by;

[tex]\text{slope = }\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}=\frac{6-1}{0--10}=\frac{5}{10}=\frac{1}{2}[/tex]

The rate of change is 1/2 or 0.5

Hence, the correct answer is 1/2 or 0.5
