We get,

[tex]\text{ m = }\frac{2k}{v^2}[/tex][tex]\text{ = }\frac{2(4,500)}{(30)^2}[/tex][tex]\text{ = }\frac{9,000}{900}[/tex][tex]\text{ m = 10}[/tex]
