How do I change the slope 3/2 to go on a graph?

Rise over run. Up 3, to the right 2 (because it's positive) up 3, to the right 2, etc. if it was negative numbers you would go down and to the left.

If I remember correctly, you don't need to change it.  You start at the point you are given and go up 3 and to the right 2.
