y = 4x − 2
y = 2x − 4
y = −3(x − 4)
y = 3(x + 4)

it's c just plug in your x and y values
-3(4-4)=0
-3(0)=0
0=0
-3(2-4)=6
-3(-2)=6
neg and neg =positive
6=6
