When there is plenty of oxygen available in the muscles, the condition is referred as aerobic condition because the muscles do respiration in the presence of oxygen. The presence of oxygen to the muscles produced huge amount of ATP which can be used by the body in different activities as compared to anaerobic condition where there is no oxygen and the body produce less ATP for the body.
