I believe it would be A) 8 neutrons because from what I remember a neutron is a negative charge and a proton is a positive charge and you have to have equal positive and negative charges. Don't quote me on that, I would recommend googling it for a confirmation but the answer is A. I am just not 100% on the explanation!
