Answer: Perimeter = 17/6 ft.

Explanation:

Perimeter of the poster = 2 (l+b)

= 2 (2*1/3 + 3/4)

= 2 (8 + 9 / 12)

= 2 (17 / 12)

= 34 / 12

= 17 / 6 ft.
