The equation for circumference is diameter x pi.
In this case the diameter of the garden is 14 ft.
Because they said to use 3.14 for pi, I’m pretty sure you do 14 x 3.14 = 43.96.
If I get it wrong, then tell me.
Also this isn’t about ratio.
