Answer: 8 and 0.6666

4 times 2: Count by twos four times to get 8.

Divide 2 by 3: think about if 2 can go into 3. Since 3 is bigger than 2 you have to add a zero to the end of two to make it 20. 3 can go into 20 six times. It should be a repeating decimal.
