x 1 = π ,  x 2 = 3 π/ 2
y 1 = - 1,  y 2 = 2
The Rate of change = ( y 2 - y 1) / ( x 2 - x 1 )=
 = [2 -( -1 )] : ( 3 π /2 - π ) = 3 : π/2 = 6 / π ≈ 1.91
