If a cart of 4kg mass has a force of 8 newtons exerted on it what is it's acceleration

Force=mass x acceleration
Data:
mass=4 Kg
Force=8 N

8 N=4 kg * a
a=8 N/4 Kg=2 m/s²

answer: the acceleration is 2 m/s²
