ANSWER = B   avoir (participe passé = eu)

A- revenir => être revenu

B- avoir      => avoir eu

C- descendre => être descendu

D- sortir           => être sorti

sometimes people say "j'ai été au cinéma" instead of "je suis allé au cinéma" but it's grammatically  wrong.

"avoir été"  = "être allé"
