C - Mestizos
Mestizos are of mixed heritage (Spanish and American). Creoles are European (usually French or Spanish) or African descent born in the West Indies. Missionaries are people of any race sent on a religious (usually Christian) mission. Rancheros works farms or ranches and are of any heritage.
