Well it depends on what your cooking it in for an oven id say 345 degrees for 1 min 30 secs for a microwave id say full power 2 mins 45 secs

Um well I’m guessing you will be cooking it on a stove top which it takes about 6minutes to make it. You leave it on each side for 3 minutes total I like it flip it after to minutes then flip it back for the remaining one minute.
