we are given

center=(h,k)=(10,24)

so,

h=10 and k=24

and it passes through origin

so, we can find radius

radius will be distance between (10,24) and (0,0)

[tex] r=\sqrt{(10-0)^2+(24-0)^2} [/tex]

[tex] r=26 [/tex]

now, we can use standard equation of circle

[tex] (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2 [/tex]

so, we will get equation as

[tex] (x-10)^2+(y-24)^2=26^2 [/tex]..........Answer
